Leadership
Who runs Aurora
Dr. Sanjeev Srivastava is the founder and CEO of Aurora Solutions, Inc. He brings a combination of expertise spanning artificial intelligence, operations research, optimization, statistics, analytics, and enterprise software engineering.
He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University in 1993. His doctoral research developed an Intelligent Scheduler's Assistant for steel manufacturing, drawing on inference engine technology, knowledge-based systems, and decision-support methodology. Long before artificial intelligence became mainstream, that work was asking how intelligent systems could help people solve complex operational problems.
Over the three decades since, he has led the design and implementation of enterprise software across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and government.
Today his focus is helping organizations of every size use AI to improve decision-making, raise productivity, and create meaningful business outcomes.
